Fitment Note:
Fitment will generally require Alignment of Compressor and/or CHRA.
This can be done via loosening compressor bolts and/or turbine housing bolts (for CHRA if required), and CAREFULLY rotating the housing(s).
Housing can then be tightened by diagonal tightening of bolts.
Actuator bracket can be moved for correct angle of actuator rod via the same compressor housing bolts.
And adjustments to the actuator rod length (threaded), made to fine tune dump flapper.
Wheel Type: 10 Blade GTX High Flow Extended Tip / 2618-T6 forged/milled Solid Aluminum Billet (MFS).
A/R: 0.72 | Inducer: 67.4mm | Exducer: 84.4mm.
Machined: Ported shroud with Speed Sensor port.
Pipe Fitting Size:
Inlet: 4.08″/~10.4cm (Factory is 3.0″ pipe – fitment requires a pipe adapter).
Outlet: 2.57″(~5.5cm internal) (Factory is 2.0″ pipe – fitment requires a pipe adapter).
A/R: 1.06 | Inducer: 67.75mm | Exducer: 62.3mm.
Wastegate Port: 62mm / Wastegate Flapper: 38mm
T3 | 4 Bolt.
Exhaust Outlet(dump) Flange: 5 Bolt (Has INTEGRATED factory Dump, NOT v-band).
Bearing Type: Dual Ceramic Ball Bearing.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Original turbo on Falcon 4.0L usually fails due to blockage in oil feed filter & hence lack of lubrication.
It is a condition of warranty that prior to installing a new turbo, oil feed line must be ultrasonically cleaned at minimum or replaced(recommended).
For replacement, we have a new, complete, upgraded oil feed lines to fit this turbo with integrated restrictor & FILTER included.
(This is more reliable and makes it easier to access & clean at engine oil services).
If fitted, you will need to remove the OEM filter from the oil block (located left side of the engine block), prior to fitting the below oil line with integrated oil filter.
